To create a pool, you need to sign up as a creator. Once verified, you can create pools from your creator dashboard by clicking the 'Create Pool' button.
VillageMarket charges a 5% service fee on the goal amount of each pool. This fee goes towards maintaining the platform and providing secure payment processing.
All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a trusted payment gateway. Your financial information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Contributions can only be cancelled before payment is completed. Once payment is successful, refunds are subject to the pool creator's policy.
Creator account verification typically takes 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your account is verified.
